COVID-19 and how it may impact your order: We are operating with a skeleton crew but are still shipping orders within 3-5 business days (but usually faster than that). All shipping carriers are experiencing major delays in transit times so please be aware that your package will most likely arrive slower than usual. Please read our normal shipping policies below:
All orders are processed within 3-5 "working" days ("working days" means Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays). Do not assume your order will be shipped immediately even though we are typically fast. If you are in a time crunch you need to call us.
We have been loyal users of the United States Postal Service for 11 years but are transitioning over to UPS. We realize the shipping rates are a little more expensive than USPS but things have become unreliable and just too slow. If the shipping options displayed during checkout will not work for your address, please call us so we can figure something out.
APO or FPO addresses: Email or call us because we will need to give you other shipping options as UPS will not work.
Transit times given are estimates and not promises of when you'll receive your package. Please do not forget to add in our processing time as it may take a few days before your order even ships! If you are in a rush and absolutely have to have your order by a certain date, please call us!
There are many factors that go in to package travel time (weather, flight cancellations, rerouting, THIS PANDEMIC etc, etc!). Please understand that we do everything to get your order shipped quickly and on it's way to you but transit times vary greatly! We are not going to refund shipping charges because you think it should have arrived within a certain amount of time.
Duty fees, taxes, customs charges are paid by the customer. Do not ask us to mark your package as a "gift".
