I know it is frustrating to read that I will add inventory on a specific date and time only to find that I was unable to do so, or everything is already sold out. I am really struggling with certain supplies and most of these items are made in the USA so it is not a supply chain issue but more of an employee shortage one. For example, the glue I use for our dowels is packaged in cartridges which need to be filled by human hands and the company is simply short staffed (just like me! I make and ship everything you buy from Ginnasta). When I end up waiting on supplies to arrive it brings my production to an immediate halt! I can't just order some other glue that has not been tested. I am not using something you can just buy at a craft store, this is something very specific, not to mention it requiring an expensive applicator gun. And that is just ONE tiny ingredient in making grips! There are many other supplies I need and am having issues with. I just want you to know that I am doing everything in my power to continue to make the grips you love! I am as frustrated as you are with how ridiculous everything has become within the past 2 years! 

TRANSIT TIMES AND SHIPPING GUARANTEES ARE SUSPENDED WITH ALL SHIPPING CARRIERS. When you see an "estimated delivery (or) transit time", please ignore it because I can almost assure you it will take longer.

I am operating ALONE (not only am I packing and shipping your orders, I MAKE everything by hand). I'm having issues getting all the materials needed to make our grips, and shipping times are slow. 

Once you place your order it will take 3-5 business days for us to prepare and ship it out. DO NOT EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE IT'S NOT HAPPENING. We're so sorry about this! It's not how we like to do things. 

All orders are processed within 3-5 "working" days ("working days" means Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays). Do not assume your order will be shipped immediately even though we are typically fast. If you are in a time crunch you need to email us.

APO or FPO addresses: Email us because we will need to give you other shipping options as UPS will not work. 

There are many factors that go in to package travel time (weather, flight cancellations, rerouting, shipping container delays, etc!). Please understand that we do everything to get your order shipped quickly and on it's way to you but transit times vary greatly! We are not going to refund shipping charges because you think it should have arrived within a certain amount of time.

Duty fees, taxes, customs charges are paid by the customer. Do not ask us to mark your package as a "gift".
