Shipping

I am operating ALONE (not only am I packing and shipping your orders, I MAKE everything by hand).  

Once you place your order it could take up to 2 weeks for me to prepare and ship it out. DO NOT EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE IT'S NOT HAPPENING. I am so sorry about this! It's not how I like to do things. 

All orders are processed within 2 weeks. Do not assume your order will be shipped immediately even though we are typically fast. If you are in a time crunch you need to email me.

APO or FPO addresses: Email us because we will need to give you other shipping options as UPS will not work. 

There are many factors that go in to package travel time (weather, flight cancellations, rerouting, shipping container delays, etc!). Please understand that we do everything to get your order shipped quickly and on it's way to you but transit times vary greatly! We are not going to refund shipping charges because you think it should have arrived within a certain amount of time.

Duty fees, taxes, customs charges are paid by the customer. Do not ask us to mark your package as a "gift".
