COVID-19 and how it may impact your order: We are operating with a skeleton crew but are still shipping orders within 3-5 business days (but usually faster than that). All shipping carriers are experiencing delays in transit times so please be aware that your package could arrive slower than usual. Please read our normal shipping policies below: 

All orders are processed within 3 "working" days ("working days" means Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays). Do not assume your order will be shipped immediately even though we are typically fast. If you are in a time crunch you need to call us.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Transit times given are just estimates and not promises of when you'll receive your package. (For example: Priority Mail is commonly called "2-3 day priority" by the US Postal Service but they do not guarantee it will arrive within 2-3 days. If you are in a rush and absolutely have to have your order by a certain date, please call us!

There are many factors that go in to package travel time (weather, flight cancellations, rerouting, post office glitches etc, etc!). Please understand that we do everything to get your order shipped quickly and on it's way to you but transit times vary greatly! We are not going to refund shipping charges because you think it should have arrived within a certain amount of time.

Duty fees, taxes, customs charges are paid by the customer. Do not ask us to mark your package as a "gift".
