Follow these instructions: Due to strict health and safety guidelines within the gymnastics industry, we can only accept unused items in brand new condition. Grips that appear to have any wear, are chalked up, or have altered, cut, or dirty finger holes will not be refunded and will be returned to you. Once we receive your return and inspect the product for restocking, we’ll issue your refund promptly as long as you’ve followed our return guidelines above. We can no longer process exchanges so if a different size or style is needed you will need to place a new order for the item you need, and return the unused item for refund by following the instructions above. PLEASE NOTE: Ginnasta does NOT cover return shipping costs. We recommend USPS 1st Class shipping as it is fast and economical, but any method is fine. (Please add tracking for proof of return shipments.)
