Ginnasta USA grips have the quickest break-in period because we pre-stretch our leather which makes them competion ready! This takes away some of the stiffness you experience with other grips and makes our grips more comfortable yet stronger from day one. Buy the correct size and it stays that size. These grips are specifically for ladies/girls uneven bars and feature a hook & loop (velcro) wrist closure with narrow width palms.

You MUST measure the gymnast's hand to determine correct size! Click on the photo of the hand and sizing chart for easy instructions. If you fall between sizes, select the smaller size.

It is imperative that you measure each time you buy new grips. Ill-fitting grips can be dangerous for the gymnast and could lead to injury. All grip brands differ in sizing so you must follow the manufacturers sizing instructions. When you fall between sizes, always go with the smaller size.

*We do not recommend the use of liquid chalk on any grips due to the drying effect alcohol has on leather. Please use regular block or powdered chalk.

My little has always had a hard time breaking in grips due to tough leather. After a dozen different pairs, we finally came across Ginnasta. She was in love the first time she swung to break them in. Took less than 20 minutes and she was back to doing giants with zero issues. Before she was always terrified still after a week of breaking in. Ginnasta is a game changer and recommend highly for any gymnast that hates breaking in hard grips.

Ginnasta is the best

I’ve tried dozens of grips from numerous brands from buckle to Velcro however, Ginnasta has truly been the best! Not only did I try many different brands I also tried numerous techniques to try to break in these grips such as swinging on the bar, hitting them with a hammer, leather conditioner, etc. I remember using my first pair and not having to break them in and they also helped improve my kips at level 4!! I didn’t know until today that the reason for this was the special leather used in this product that doesn’t require weeks of breaking in like the many other brands of grips I’ve tried which is why this brand is so great! Save yourself the hassle and $$$ of trying to break in unbreakable leather and just buy these grips!!!

Love these grips

Ive gotten these grips twice and now maybe a third time. I love these grips so so much. the only thing is that I find the grip really thin and dont last very long. I am a lev 10 gymnast. Maybe if they were a bit thicker they would last a bit longer. GINNASTA REPLY: We are happy you love your grips! As a level 10 gymnast you SHOULD be getting new grips at least twice per year. Since you practice more and are working high level skills you wear them out a bit faster than someone who is level 5, for example.

Perfect fit

I'm 12 and have 6.5 inch hands which is pretty big so its hard to find good grips for my size. I'm a level 10 gymnast and these broke in straight away on my bar at home so they were comfy for about an hour of doing bars. When i need a new size i know where to come to.
